Not much to report

Not a lot happening. Started off in bed , then downstairs which I much prefer. Feeling the need to still keep my foot elevated all the time otherwise my foot throbs more than usual and actually feels like it might explode! If I'm up too much it sure lets me know! 

Walking with one crutch at the moment , feeling pretty nifty, trying not to smash my foot down though! Husband still being excellent - need to think of a way to say thank you for looking after me. 

Watched lots of TV programmes today and had a little sleep for about an hour.
