Not a lot of change. I hurt my foot my tripping, wearing the evil shoe and my god it hurt! Walked to my in camp friends house, I'm faster now! I'm experiencing odd pains but nothing too bad. Just irritating really. I didn't sleep well last night as it seems to play up at night.
